D'Acampo's Linguine with garlic, shrimp and spinach

I was feeling particularly lazy tonight so this was a particularly good dish for dinner.  Aside from the time it took to boil the pasta, dinner only took 6 minutes to cook.  You can find the recipe towards the bottom of this link

This dish was fresh and light.  We used the parsley from our garden which I have to say I enjoyed more than the last time we used it.  The only change I made was that I had no lemon zest so instead I squirted some lemon juice in the dish.  I don't think it was as tasty as it could've been because of this but what's a girl to do?
